Cool Librarian's Colophon
Cool Librarian Research was my first attempt at coding rather than using a WYSIWYG program. The design is based on this, stolen from my good friend, Auntie Weasel. The home page and colophon are coded in HTML/CSS, and the design was derived from a centered fixed box template over at intensivstation. At present my code does not validate (due in part to odd-ass code inserted by my host), but I will be working to address that issue.
The Cool Librarian blog runs on the Blogger platform (yes, go ahead, mock me). The original template was the ever-popular and easy-to-tweak Minima. The blog's pages are "static" pages designed around the blog's code. Libray Talk is also a Blogger blog, hosted using their DNS configuration. I like to mix things up.
The original libraryland was a WordPress blog using the Gemini Green template by geeksmakemehot.com. I'm sure various and sundry plugins were utilized. The libraryland pages have since been integrated with the Cool Librarian blog.
The Cool Librarian logo was designed by Takako Fukawa, a graphic design student at Bridgewater State College. Any photography, unless otherwise noted, is mine.
